This policy applies to all transactions undertaken with Khandelwal Agencies, headquartered in RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (NCR), India, engaged in the distribution of industrial electrical products. This policy is designed specifically for B2B and bulk order transactions.
By placing an order with us, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Business
- All transactions are conducted on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis
- Goods supplied are typically industrial, technical, and application-specific
- Buyers are expected to ensure product suitability before placing orders
2. Order Cancellation Policy
a) Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch and with written confirmation from the Company
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official communication channel
- Any advance payment made may be subject to deduction of administrative or procurement costs, if applicable
b) After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- In exceptional cases, cancellation may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company and may attract cancellation charges, freight, and handling costs
3. Return Policy
Due to the specialized nature of industrial electrical products:
- Returns are not accepted as a standard practice
- Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product supplied by the Company
- Manufacturing defect (subject to verification)
- Transit damage (must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery)
Conditions for Return Approval:
- Prior written approval from Khandelwal Agencies is mandatory
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided
- Return request must be raised within 3–5 business days of delivery
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of incorrect supply or verified defects
- Subject to product availability and supplier policies
- Any price difference, logistics cost, or applicable charges will be borne by the buyer, unless the error is from our side
5. Warranty Terms
- Products supplied are covered under manufacturer’s warranty, wherever applicable
- Khandelwal Agencies acts as a distributor and facilitator, not the manufacturer
- Warranty claims must be processed as per the respective brand’s policy
Important Notes:
- Warranty does not cover damages due to:
- Improper installation or usage
- Electrical faults, mishandling, or external factors
- The Company will assist in coordination but holds no direct liability for warranty fulfillment
6. GST & Taxation
- All invoices are issued in compliance with GST regulations under Indian law
- Applicable GST will be charged as per product category and prevailing rates
GST Clauses:
- Buyers must provide accurate GSTIN and billing details at the time of order
- No changes in GST details will be entertained after invoice generation
- Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be claimed by the buyer as per government rules
- Any tax disputes will be subject to verification and compliance with GST laws
7. Pricing & Commercial Terms
- Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, and other applicable charges, unless stated otherwise
- Prices may vary due to market fluctuations or supplier revisions
- Bulk order pricing and terms will be governed by mutually agreed quotations or contracts
8. Logistics & Risk Transfer
- Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed
- Risk in goods may transfer as per agreed INCOTERMS or delivery terms
- Any transit damage must be reported immediately with supporting evidence
9. Limitation of Liability
- Khandelwal Agencies shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss due to downtime, production delays, or improper product usage
- Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied
10. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan/NCR
- Transactions are governed by applicable Indian laws, including:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Sale of Goods Act, 1930
