Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for electrical items (e.g., cables and it’s Accessories (Cable tray, Glands, Lugs, Jointing kits etc), switch gears, Motors, Drives, lighting, and industrial electrical and automation equipment. Develop long-term strategic partnerships and maintain an updated vendor database.
Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate favourable pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Conduct cost analysis and set benchmarks for electrical materials.
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Process and manage POs in accordance with company policies and approved Bill of Materials (BOM). Track order status to ensure timely delivery and prevent project delays.
