This Refund Policy applies to all transactions with Khandelwal Agencies, headquartered in RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (NCR), India, engaged in the distribution of industrial electrical products. The policy is designed in line with B2B commercial practices and Indian laws.
By placing an order with us, the buyer agrees to the terms mentioned below.
1. General Policy
- All transactions are conducted on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis
- Refunds are not applicable as a standard practice, considering the technical and non-returnable nature of industrial electrical products
- Refunds will only be processed under specific, valid conditions as outlined below
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Incorrect Product Supplied
If the delivered product does not match the confirmed order - Verified Manufacturing Defect
Subject to inspection and confirmation by the manufacturer or authorized personnel - Non-Availability of Replacement
Where a replacement or exchange is not possible - Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If approved by the Company, subject to applicable deductions
3. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect product selection by the buyer
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Delays caused by logistics or external factors
- Products without original packaging or invoice
4. Refund Process
- A formal request must be submitted via email or official communication channel
- The request should include invoice details, product information, and reason for refund
- The Company will review and verify the claim before approval
- Additional documentation or inspection may be required
5. Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
- The timeline may vary depending on verification, banking processes, or supplier involvement
6. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer
- For B2B transactions, refunds may also be adjusted as a credit note for future purchases
7. Deductions & Charges
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions such as:
- Administrative or processing charges
- Freight, handling, and logistics costs
- Supplier or restocking charges (if applicable)
8. GST & Taxation
- Refunds will be processed in compliance with GST laws
- A credit note will be issued as per GST regulations
- GST adjustments will be made in accordance with applicable tax rules
- Buyers must ensure compliance for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC)
9. Limitation of Liability
- Khandelwal Agencies’ liability is limited to the value of the invoiced product
- The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the transaction
